My long-term vision is to lead a research program that produces high-quality ecological science while training a diverse and inclusive community of students. I aim to establish an international, collaborative laboratory focused on predator–prey interactions, invasive species ecology, and the complex relationships between people and freshwater ecosystems. Through this work, I seek to advance ecological theory, inform effective management strategies, and cultivate meaningful partnerships with agencies and local communities.
